Housora (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) is a home-inventory and maintenance-tracking app. This policy explains what information Housora collects, how it’s used, and your choices.
Account information. Housora uses Sign in with Apple. Depending on your choice during sign-in, we receive either your real email address or an anonymous private relay address, plus a unique account identifier. We never see your Apple ID password.
Content you create. Homes, rooms, assets, photos, maintenance schedules, and warranty records you add to the app. This content is stored securely on our backend (Supabase) so it can sync across your devices.
Household sharing. If you invite someone to share a home, we store the email address you invite and, once accepted, that person’s account identifier as a member of that home. Members you invite can see and edit everything in the shared home.
Subscription information. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We receive confirmation of your subscription tier but never see your payment details — Apple handles all billing.
We use the information above only to operate the app: syncing your data across devices, enabling household sharing you set up yourself, and unlocking features tied to your subscription tier. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Neither is used for advertising or tracking purposes, and Housora does not use tracking technologies to follow you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Your content is retained as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all data you own directly in the app: open a home’s Sharing screen and choose Delete Account under the Account section. Deleting your account removes every home you own and its contents; anything you contributed to another member’s home remains with that home, with your attribution removed. You can also request deletion by contacting us at the email below. Household sharing: if you leave or are removed from a shared home, you lose access to that home’s content, but content you personally own is unaffected.
Housora is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above.
