Terms of Use

Last updated: August 14, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of Housora (the “app”). By using Housora, you agree to these terms.

Using Housora

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use Housora. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the content you add and for keeping your Apple ID secure, since it’s how Housora authenticates you.

Subscriptions

Housora offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (“Housora Pro” and “Housora Pro for Hosts”) that unlock additional homes, cross-device sync, and household sharing.

Household Sharing

If you invite someone to share a home, they will have full access to view and edit everything stored in that home. You’re responsible for choosing who to invite. You can remove a member’s access at any time from the home’s Sharing screen.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you add to Housora. You grant us permission to store and transmit that content solely as needed to operate the app, including syncing it to your other devices and to household members you’ve invited.

Acceptable Use

Don’t use Housora to store or share unlawful content, or attempt to access another user’s account or data without authorization.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Housora is provided “as is.” Maintenance reminders, warranty tracking, and suggested guidance in the app are informational only and not a substitute for manufacturer instructions or professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
