For perimenopause & HRT

Track every dose. Spot every pattern. Bring your doctor proof.

Fember is the private companion for perimenopause and hormone therapy — one-tap symptom logging, reminders for every kind of regimen, and a calendar that actually shows you patterns. No account. No ads. Your data never leaves your iPhone.

Early design preview — the beta shapes what ships.

Sound familiar?

We read hundreds of reviews and forum threads before writing a line of code. The same frustrations come up year after year — still unfixed.

“I log symptoms every day — and still can't see a pattern.”

Most trackers show you a week at a time. Perimenopause doesn't work in weeks.

“Hot flashes hit several times a day. My app wants a diary entry each time.”

Logging should take one second, not one minute — and it should remember when.

“My tracker keeps predicting my fertility. That's not where I am.”

Period apps treat midlife as an afterthought mode. It deserves its own tool.

“Why does a symptom tracker need my email address?”

It doesn't. Fember has no account to create and nothing to sign into.

Five promises

Built from six years of unanswered App Store reviews.

1

Every regimen, remembered

Patches, gels, pills, sprays, injections, pessaries, coil — including phased and cyclical schedules and multiple medications at once. Reminders that respect your sleep and adapt when your prescription changes.

2

One tap, time-stamped

A hot-flash button on your Lock Screen, Home Screen widget, and Apple Watch. Time, intensity, and trigger captured in a second — so frequency and time-of-day patterns are finally visible.

3

The calendar you've been asking for

Month and three-month heat views with dose-change markers and symptom overlays. See what actually changed after the change — night sweats before and after the new patch, sleep across your cycle, all in one glance.

4

Walk in with proof

One tap builds a clean PDF for your appointment: adherence, symptom trends, cycle irregularity, and the questions you want to ask. Spend the visit on decisions, not on recapping your month from memory.

5

Private by architecture, not by promise

No account. No sign-in. No data sold — ever. Everything lives on your iPhone and syncs through your own iCloud. Log labs, add notes, export everything as PDF or CSV whenever you want. It's your body's data. It stays yours.

How it works

Three steps, no setup marathon.

Set up your regimen

Two minutes, any delivery method, any schedule.

Tap when things happen

Hot flashes, night sweats, mood, sleep. One second each.

See the pattern, share the proof

Calendar insights for you, a PDF report for your clinician.

From the builder
I'm Brandon, and Fember is built by one person — not a data company. Before writing any code, I spent weeks reading six years of App Store reviews from women describing the same five missing features, year after year, with nobody building them. I'm building the tracker those reviews have been asking for since 2019. If you join the beta, your feedback will shape it directly — you'll be talking to the person who writes the code.

Questions, answered

Is my data private?

Yes — there's no account and no server. Data is stored on your iPhone and synced with your personal iCloud. We can't see it, so we can't sell it.

Is this medical advice?

No. Fember tracks and organizes; it never diagnoses or tells you what to take. Bring the report to your clinician — that's the point.

Which types of HRT does it support?

All common delivery methods — patches, gels, pills, sprays, injections, pessaries, and hormonal coil — plus phased/cyclical regimens and multiple medications.

Does it work with Apple Health?

Yes — read and write, so your sleep, cycle history, and heart data can inform your patterns.

I'm not on HRT — is it still for me?

Yes. Symptom, cycle-change, and wellbeing tracking work with or without medication.

Is it available now?

Yes — Fember is live on the App Store. The 21-day free trial starts when you download it.

Android?

iPhone first. Tell us if you'd want Android — it helps us plan.

Your hormones changed. Your tracker didn't.

Free for 21 days — long enough to see your first real pattern.
