No. Painly has no servers and no account system. Everything you log —
entries, voice recordings, AI-generated summaries — stays on your

Is Painly a medical device or diagnostic tool?
No. Painly is a personal journaling and organizational tool. It doesn't
diagnose or treat anything, and nothing it generates should replace
advice from a doctor or other qualified health professional.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual entries from within the app, or delete the app
itself to remove everything at once — there's nothing stored anywhere
else to delete.
